Appointments and Cancellations
Services are by appointment only to ensure that our guests receive individualized service and care in a timely manner. 

If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, kindly advise us at least 24 hours in advance so others may be offered the availability. Credit card information will be required when scheduling appointments. If an appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the total charge of the scheduled service will be applied to your credit card.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation to ensure a leisurely check-in. If your day detains you more than 15 minutes, we will be happy to offer you an abbreviated service.

We are at your service to help select treatments and assist with scheduling treatment times.  As with standard Wellness Centre policy, a Confidential Health History Form is provided for your completion upon check~in.  You can rest assured that we follow HIPA guidelines of client privacy and confidentiality. Please notify us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any physical limitations. 

As we have created a serene retreat for you, we ask that all visitors keep noise to a minimum and cell phones turned off.  For their protection, children are not permitted in treatment areas, and may not be left unattended.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of healing! Gift certificates may be purchased for any service or dollar amount. All gift certificates have a one year expiration date. If you are unable to come within the allotted time, we ask for a $25 extension fee to honor the gift certificate.

Gratuity is not included for services and is greatly appreciated, as we are a small, family-operated local business.  If you were happy with the service provided, it is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to your therapist. You may leave cash or credit card tips when you pay for your service.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, personal checks, and major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover & American Express). A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Our pricing and promotions may be subject to change without notice. Please inquire about current pricing when scheduling an appointment.

All products returned unopened and unused can be exchanged for product or towards a service, within 14 days of purchase.
