Quiet Policy
We provide an environment of relaxation and tranquility. Cell phones should remain off and conversations should be kept in a quiet tone. Children should remain quietly seated and be closely supervised. They are not permitted in treatment areas, or left unattended in the reception lounge.

Scheduled Appointments
Please note that we are NOT a walk-in "spa" environment. In order to better serve our clients, our operation is located in a professional office setting with services by appointment only.

We kindly ask that you check-in 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete the appropriate medical history and consent forms. Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We regret that we cannot infringe on our next client's service time.

Groupon and other Discount Coupon Clients
Groupon or other Discount Coupons are for NEW CLIENTS ONLY!  Please be advised that Groupon and other Coupon companies retain from us 50% of the purchase price of your paid treatment as their fee. Therefore, we cannot accept Groupons or other Discount Coupons from repeat users, as it would prove financially detrimental to our business revenues as well as our practitioners' compensation.

Any client who attempts to use a second Groupon/Discount Coupon will be charged the difference accordingly for full price for the treatment. In addition, as stated on your Groupon coupon, gratuities are based upon full price of the advertised treatment.

Your appointment is considered a commitment of our practitioners' time. Any Groupon/Discount Coupon client who fails to show for their appointment without 24-hours prior notice, will forfeit their coupon priveledges and will be charged for the full price of their treatment.

Cancellation Policy
For non-coupon clients, if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. For new clients, a credit card deposit is required to secure your first appointment.

Gift Certificates
Attractively packaged Gift Certificates are available for all of our services and products. Offered in several denominations and may be redeemed within one year of purchase.  Available for sale at our office location.

Please note that Gift Certificates cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen Gift Certificates are not replaced or refunded. Gratuities cannot be added on to Gift Certificates. Gift certificates will display dollar value for recipient to redeem towards services or products of choice. Unused portions of Gift Certificates may be placed on in-house account for one year towards additional services. Sorry, No cash, check or credit card refunds.

Refund Policy
Any service or product purchased at our Centre or our On-Line Store may be exchanged for product, services, or in-house merchandise credit only, within 14 days of purchase. Products presented for exchange must be less than 10% used. Receipt required. Sorry, no cash, check or credit card refunds.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Options
Cash, Personal Checks, Visa and Mastercard are accepted at our office location, as well as our On-Line Store. Cash and personal checks are not accepted for our On-Line Store purchases. All returned checks are subject to a $30 service charge.

Personal Property
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your valuables prior to your treatment.
