We are located in The Landmark Building at 300 5th Avenue South, near the corner of 3rd Street (next door to BICE Restaurant). Our office is on the 2nd floor of The Landmark building, suite 209.

There is street parking along 5th Avenue South, as well as a large private parking lot for our clients in the rear of the Landmark Building. Elevator service is available for your convenience.

We respect your valuable time as well as the time of our dedicated Practitioners. Therefore, we kindly request 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.
